The primary challenge in developing Bingo Bliss was to create an engaging and effective mental health app that encourages users to complete wellness activities without feeling overwhelmed or burdened. The app needed to balance fun and functionality, ensuring that users are motivated to participate and achieve their mental health goals.

I was the sole user experience researcher, designer and media assistant for the translation center revamp. This meant that I had direct contact with management and took part in weekly meetings in the coordination of this project.

The navigation is simpler, the text is easier to read, and the contrast is improved. I have also used higher quality images throughout the site. I have also divided the homepage into sections to make it easier for users to find the information they are looking for.

Each Bingo tilehas options for text/text to speech aimed for better usage for selected users

App Design
I was able to get a touch of experience in app design and I learned a lot about app user flows and how much it differs from desktop
Do enough
At the start of this broad project it was very easy to be overwhelmed in the many directions this could go. Narrowing out ideas that genuinely interested me made the entire design and research process much better.

Working around this pineapple character and experimenting with fun colors made this entire project more enjoyable as peers and users were able to get emersed in this idea of this character keeping you accountable.
